A significant percentage of our practice is devoted to correcting poor hair transplantations, such as large grafts or unnatural hairlines, done by other physicians. There are three ways to correct these: surgically removing the plugs of transplanted hair, thickening the transplant with small, natural follicular groupings of hair between the existing plugs, or removing the plugs with laser treatment. Some women lose hair from the sides of their face after facelift surgery. Hair transplantation is an excellent option to restore a natural female hairline.
