Low Level Light Laser Therapy for Hair Loss

Published peer reviewed clinical trials continue to confirm the positive effect low level light laser therapy has on male and female pattern hair loss.  The established protocol for patients to follow at home is 30 minutes every other day.  Advantages include - it is painless, the ease of using it at home, and is effective for the majority of patients.  Low level light therapy is visible light, therefore does not cause skin cancer or penetrate any deeper than our hair follicles making it safe.

Low level light laser therapy continues to be an effective treatment alone or as an adjunct to other medical therapies including PRP, minoxidil or finasteride for male and female pattern hair loss.
